Shalmali Parkar and Abhishek Yadav started Baclinc in December 2017, when they were 17 and 18 respectively. That detail is genuinely unusual — most 17-year-olds don't sign an office lease in Powai — but it's also the reason the agency was built differently from day one. Starting young means having to prove the work is real every single month, because nobody hands out the benefit of the doubt. Nine years later, we've worked with 150+ brands across India and internationally, delivered 150+ projects end-to-end, and actively manage over ₹50 Crores in performance marketing spend for our clients each year.
