The Brand

Inner Saints is a premium Indian fashion label for men and women: statement co-ord sets, denim, linens and festive drops, worn by some of the most recognisable faces in the country. The product was never the problem. The brand had already proved people loved it. What it needed was a growth engine that could take a bigger budget without the returns falling apart.

That is the part most brands get wrong. Spend goes up, ROAS goes down, and the extra money buys nothing. We set out to do the opposite: spend more, earn more on every rupee, and make every order worth more.

    What We Did

  • •Bid cap creative testing. Every new creative and every new drop entered isolated ABO test campaigns with bid caps, so the account only paid for winners and losers died cheap.
  • •Graduating winners into CBO scaling. Proven ads moved into consolidated CBO campaigns running on ROAS goal and cost cap bidding, which let us push budget hard without the algorithm overspending.
  • •Split by audience, not by guesswork. Men, women and new customers ran as separate scaling lines with their own creative, so each budget went to the audience it was built for.
  • •Retargeting that closes. Dedicated retargeting for product viewers and cart abandoners, timed around each launch, turned browsing into orders.
  • •Bigger baskets. Co-ord sets and mix and match bundles were pushed in the ads and on the store, lifting the average order from ₹5,040 to ₹5,419.
  • •Festive launch playbook. The October festive drop launched with teaser, launch and scale phases already built, so demand peaked exactly when the stock went live.

October: ₹69 Lakh in Sales at 4.7X ROAS

October is where the system paid off. The store did ₹69,04,185 in total sales, up 52% on September, across 1,274 orders and 111K sessions.

On Meta, ₹12.1 lakh in spend returned ₹56.8 lakh in tracked purchase value: a 4.69X ROAS from 1,048 purchases at ₹1,156 each. Meta alone drove more than 80% of everything the store sold that month.

Meta spent ₹9.4 lakh for ₹35.3 lakh in purchase value, a 3.76X ROAS from 692 purchases at ₹1,354 each. September is where the testing happened. October is where we scaled what won.

Why It Worked

Scaling a fashion brand is not about turning the budget up. It is about building an account where every extra rupee lands on a proven ad, in front of the right audience, selling a bigger basket. That is what we build, and Inner Saints is what it looks like when it works: more spend, higher returns, cheaper customers and larger orders, all in the same month.
