/ Our Approach

Scaling EdTech brands with Social Media Marketing since 2017.

EdTech social in India is trust-driven. Students and parents follow teachers, watch outcome stories, and look for proof before paying. The channel mix that works: Instagram for teacher-led short-form and student stories, YouTube for long-form subject depth and demo classes, LinkedIn for upskilling and B2B certification, Telegram for community + free-resource distribution, and SMS/WhatsApp for post-lead nurture. Vernacular content often outperforms English for non-metro and tier-2/3 audiences. The organising principle underneath all of it is that a teacher with a genuine following is the asset and the brand account is the distribution layer, which is the reverse of how most institutes allocate their effort. That creates a real dependency, since a teacher who leaves takes the audience with them, and we would rather name that risk early than pretend a single-teacher strategy is durable.

Channel mix by segment. Test prep: Instagram + YouTube dominate (teachers share daily problems, solutions, tips; students follow the teachers who help them crack exams). Upskilling: Instagram + LinkedIn + YouTube - LinkedIn for career-change adults, Instagram + YouTube for broader. Certification: LinkedIn heavy, Instagram secondary. K - 12: Instagram (parent-targeted) + YouTube (student-targeted). Vernacular learning: Instagram Reels + regional YouTube creators. Content formats that work: teacher-led Reels/Shorts with a daily problem or concept, student outcome stories (reels or long-form YouTube), live demo classes (YouTube Live + Instagram Live), before/after score improvements, community spotlights, and myth-busting content. Content that doesn't: generic motivational posts, 'top 10' listicles, study-tip listicles without credible authorship, and agency-voice marketing content without a named teacher or student behind it.

Why EdTech brands choose us for Social Media Marketing.

View our work

Teacher-Led Content Rhythm

Students follow teachers, not institutes. Teacher-led Reels, Shorts and Live sessions at 3-5 posts/week.

Student Outcome Stories

Before/after scores, placement stories, career transitions - authenticated, specific, respectful of consent.

YouTube Long-Form + Shorts

Both formats - demo classes and tight explainer shorts from the same teacher roster.

Vernacular Where Audience Supports

Hindi/Marathi/Tamil/Telugu/Bengali for non-metro audiences. Often cheaper to produce and higher engagement.

Telegram Community Play

Free-resource distribution + community for high-trust product. Converts to paid better than pure social.

Paid + Organic Joined

Best-performing organic posts become paid ads. Not 'hero piece + 10 boosted posts' - a live feedback loop.

How We Work

Our Proven Process

01

Teacher + Student Roster

Named teachers with on-camera comfort, student subjects with consent. Credibility is the feedstock; we don't synthesise it.

02

Channel + Format Plan

Instagram Reels + Stories, YouTube Shorts + long-form, LinkedIn (for adult upskilling), Telegram (for community), SMS/WhatsApp (for nurture).

03

Content Calendar + Production

3-5 teacher-led posts/week + 1-2 student outcomes/week + 1 live session/month. Vernacular variants shipped in parallel where applicable.

04

Organic-to-Paid Loop

Top-performing organic posts promoted as ads with adjusted creative. Paid learnings back-feed organic content planning.

05

Community Activation

Telegram groups with weekly value drops, AMAs with teachers, resource archives. Not a support channel - a content channel that converts.

06

Monthly Review + Rhythm Adjust

Reach, engagement, sign-up conversion, Telegram growth, lead-quality from social. Rhythm shift based on conversion, not vanity engagement.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know about Social Media Marketing for EdTech brands

Do you manage our Instagram daily?

We plan and produce content, manage posting cadence, and run community engagement. Daily comment moderation is best handled by a trained in-house lead because tone consistency is a trust signal - we train them and supply content.

Teacher-led versus brand-led content - which works?

Teacher-led, almost always. Students follow teachers, not institutes. A teacher with 10,000 genuine followers is more valuable than a brand page with 100,000. We build the teacher roster first.

Do you do YouTube long-form?

Yes - demo classes, deep-dive subject content, student outcome long-forms. Long-form on YouTube compounds for 12-24 months; shorts spike for 7-14 days then decay. Both formats serve different purposes.

Vernacular creative - how do you handle it?

Native-speaker scriptwriters and editors, regional cultural calibration, separate content calendars per language. Hindi for national non-metro, Marathi/Tamil/Telugu/Bengali for regional. Usually 30-50% cheaper production and higher engagement than English for non-metro audiences.

What happens to our social following if a star teacher leaves?

You lose most of the audience they built, and the only meaningful protection is having built more than one of them. This is the structural risk in teacher-led education marketing, and it is why we push for a roster of three to five visible faces across subjects rather than concentrating everything behind one personality, even though a single strong teacher scales faster in the first year. Contracts help at the margins through notice periods and content licensing for material produced during the engagement, but they cannot stop a following from migrating. The brand account earns its keep here by holding the community, the free resources and the outcome stories that are not tied to any individual.

How do you handle negative comments about refunds or course quality?

Answer publicly, briefly and without defensiveness, then move the specifics to a private channel, because in education an unanswered refund complaint is read by every prospective parent scrolling the thread. The instinct to delete criticism is the worst available option, since screenshots outlive the comment and deletion converts a service issue into a credibility one. Our protocol is a same-day acknowledgment, a factual correction where the claim is simply wrong, and a named person taking ownership where it is not. What this requires from you is an actual resolution path, because a polished public reply followed by nothing gets called out in the same thread within a week.

Is it worth posting on Telegram if we already have WhatsApp groups?

They solve different problems, and running both is usually correct for a scaled EdTech product. Telegram handles large broadcast communities well, supports big file distribution for study material, and keeps a searchable archive that new joiners can actually use, which makes it the better home for free resources and cohort-wide announcements. WhatsApp has far higher open rates and is where individual counselling and batch-level coordination realistically happens in India, but it degrades quickly as group size grows and offers no useful history. We would run Telegram as the public resource layer and WhatsApp as the conversion and retention layer rather than duplicating content across both.

Do you post student results and rank achievements on social?

Yes, with written consent and accurate framing, and we will not publish results in a way that implies a typical outcome when it is an exceptional one. Result posts are among the highest-performing content in Indian education, which is precisely why they are also the most misused, and advertising standards have moved against selective presentation of top performers as evidence of general effectiveness. Our practice is explicit consent from the student and, where they are a minor, from a parent, plus honest context about the cohort. For students who prefer not to be named we use anonymised outcomes or focus on the process content instead.
